Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By accessing our website (this “Site”) or engaging TitanBridge for professional services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

TitanBridge provides integration engineering, automation, and related software services as described on the Site or in a separate statement of work (SOW), order, or proposal agreed in writing (including email). Features, timelines, and deliverables are defined in that agreement.

3. Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access, accurate requirements, and lawful credentials (API keys, sandbox/production access, etc.) needed to perform work. You represent that you have authority to connect the systems you ask us to integrate and that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

4. Fees & payment

Fees, billing cycles, and taxes are set in your quote, invoice, or contract. Unless otherwise stated, work may depend on cleared payment. Late fees or suspension of work may apply as specified in your agreement.

5. Intellectual property

We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how. Deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned as stated in your contract. You grant us a limited license to use your marks and data solely to perform the services.

6. Third-party services

Integrations depend on third-party platforms (CRMs, telco, payments, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or policy violations by those providers.

7. Warranties disclaimer

Except as expressly written in a signed agreement, services and the Site are provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitanBridge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months before the event, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of the engagement, subject to your contract and applicable law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in your contract. We may suspend or refuse service for non-payment, legal risk, or abuse. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., liability limits, confidentiality) will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. For active client engagements, the terms in your signed agreement control where they conflict with this page.

12. Governing law

Unless your contract says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary contracting jurisdiction as agreed in writing between you and TitanBridge.
